FELIZ DIECIOCHO! The 18th of September is the Chilean independence day, and today we´re celebrating 200 years of independence as well...the bicentennial! I´ve been celebrating in typical campo style...flying kites, eating fresh jams, feeding the chickens, and preparing to eat more empanadas than is humanly possible.
